Import Duty Exemption:
  Exemption from import taxes on machinery, materials, and equipment for resorts, hotels, or hotel complexes, applicable to constructions at least five years old.
  
Rental Income Tax Exemption:
  Exemption from paying income tax on rental income generated from Confotur-approved properties.
  
Multiple Property Ownership Relief:
  Confotur properties are excluded when calculating the total value of real estate assets. If non-Confotur properties exceed $150,000 in value, pay only 1% on the amount exceeding this threshold.

During this same period, David co-owned and operated a highly successful tennis facility in New Jersey, blending his entrepreneurial instincts with operational leadership. In 2007, he executed the strategic sale of the final asset in the family’s portfolio—the New Jersey tennis club—demonstrating his ability to align passion, business strategy, and timing.

After this pivotal chapter, David transitioned into residential real estate, where he further refined his negotiation and sales skills as a sales associate with Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Century 21.

Today, David’s unique blend of hands-on stewardship in family-owned real estate and institutional level experience forms the cornerstone of his approach to building trust driven relationships. This foundation guides his work with family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals, helping align resort financing strategies with capital preservation, long-term value, and generational legacy.
