David's real estate career began in 1992, marking the start of a 15-year chapter during which he served as the right-hand steward of his father-in-law’s commercial real estate portfolio. Overseeing 225,000 square feet of light industrial assets, he developed deep expertise in institutional-scale asset management and built a foundation rooted in long-term, relationship-driven business practices.
During this same period, David co-owned and operated a highly successful tennis facility in New Jersey, blending his entrepreneurial instincts with operational leadership. In 2007, he executed the strategic sale of the final asset in the family’s portfolio—the New Jersey tennis club—demonstrating his ability to align passion, business strategy, and timing.
After this pivotal chapter, David transitioned into residential real estate, where he further refined his negotiation and sales skills as a sales associate with Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Century 21.
Today, David’s unique blend of hands-on stewardship in family-owned real estate and institutional level experience forms the cornerstone of his approach to building trust driven relationships.
