Our Story
Delseni Group | Capital Markets was founded on a simple belief: securing institutional capital requires far more than access. It requires preparation, structure, credibility, and execution.
We advise experienced sponsors and developers pursuing large-scale development projects across the Caribbean, Central America, and select U.S. markets. Our focus is helping qualified opportunities navigate the institutional capital process through strategic preparation, capital structuring, and alignment with institutional expectations.
Today, Delseni Group supports sponsors across hospitality, resort, branded residence, mixed-use, master-planned community, and data center developments, with capitalization requirements ranging from $50 million to $500 million and beyond.
Delseni Group currently advises sponsors across multiple active development engagements representing more than $1.3 billion in aggregate capitalization requirements, with select opportunities advancing through active institutional review.

Leadership
David Delseni brings more than three decades of real estate, business ownership, and asset stewardship experience to Delseni Group.
His background includes the management and optimization of a 225,000-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio, ownership and successful sale of a New Jersey-based tennis facility, and more than twenty years of real estate advisory experience across residential, commercial, and development sectors.
This combination of operational experience, real estate expertise, and relationship-driven leadership forms the foundation of Delseni Group's approach to helping sponsors navigate the institutional capital process.
